RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MindBreakers. If you change your mind, European Union law grants you the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- The direct costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To make the return process as simple as possible, please follow these steps:

1. Request a Return: Fill out the return contact form below on this page, or send an email to info@mind-breakers.com stating your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.
2. Pack Your Items: Ensure the products are securely packed in their original condition.
3. Ship the Package: Send the package to our return address listed below. We highly recommend using a shipping service with a Track & Trace code, as you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. We will refund the full purchase amount (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of your return notification. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
